Nothing terribly exciting to report - other than it's been quite warm around here lately. I have been trying to figure out when to start incorporating running into my routine - walk, run,walk - for a start, Maybe next week. But, more likely the week after.
Also, I'm going to start strength training on my "off" days.
Today's walk - 5.3kms; 52 mins; temp 18c and humid.
