This morning was a great morning for a Run. (I usually Run on Sunday's rather than Saturday's but tomorrow I am busy.)

I found that, since I started short running intervals within my walks that I am, of course, covering my normal distance faster. So, I decided to extend my distance a bit today to give a better overall workout time.

Today's Run - 6:05am; 5.9kms; 49mins; 13c; clear
